Privacy Policy

I’ll try and keep this short, as Privacy Policies are a bit dull but are also important to clearly outline how using my site effects your browsing experience. This privacy policy was last updated on September 12, 2018, and is subject to change without notice.

On this site, I use Google AdSense advertising which uses cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits here or to other websites. That will explain why that dress from ASOS is following you around the Internet!

You can opt out of this personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.

In addition to Google AdSense, I will also occasionally use affiliate links in my posts as well as creating sponsored posts in collaboration with brands. You can read more about this over here. When clicking on a link to leave this site, I do not have control of that content so cannot be held responsible for the protection or privacy of any data you share on those sites.

I love getting comments on my blog, so thank you for taking the time to leave them! When leaving a comment, you will be asked to provide your name, email and website link.

Your details will not be used for marketing purposes or shared/sold to third parties. You have the option to sign up to be notified about responses to your comments, but this is completely optional and is not counted as an opt-in for any other communications.

Subscribe by email

Want to keep up with my latest posts? You will see at the bottom of my blog the option to subscribe to posts via email. This is a feed which will send you a new email when a new post has gone live. You will not be sent any other emails, and you can opt out of this subscription by clicking Unsubscribe in the email.

Google Analytics

To help me track the traffic my blog receives, and to create more relevant content for my readers (hey, that’s you!), I use Google Analytics tracking.

This includes demographics and interests reporting. This data is all anonymous and gathers basic information such as gender, age and interests.

If you’d like to opt-out of this, visit Google’s Ad Settings, or consider adding the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
