Recently when some friends came to visit, one of them recommended a pasta dish that I could adapt so that Liam could enjoy disgusting prawns, and I could divulge in a meat-free pasta dish. I’m not a veggie or anything, but I often find meat in pasta to be too filling. Oh, and I hate seafood.
So, the meal that was recommended to us was the BBC Good Food’s Lemony Prawn Pasta – and on Monday I decided to throw it together. It’s stupidly simple and incredibly quick (and pretty friendly on the calorie front too). Liam could have king prawns mixed in his, and I would be happy as anything with just broccoli.
