Blogosphere Magazine

Blogosphere issues 1-3

Anyone who follows me on Twitter will likely know that I’ve been running out of steam a bit recently. What with the move, with work, and a recent bout of the lurgy, I haven’t given my blog the attention it deserves.

Sure, it hasn’t gone too long without a new post, but I doubt I’m the only blogger that suffers from classic blogging panic when you have no posts scheduled!

Having had a bit of cruddy week last week, I was pleased when issues 1-3 of Blogosphere magazine landed on my doorstep!

Blogosphere Magazine is a new(ish) magazine by bloggers, for bloggers. The basic premise is that the blogosphere is so very, very large that it is often difficult to find great new blogs to follow – and so, the editors gather some of their favourites around various genres including food, beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

Excerpts are shared so that you get a good idea of the blog’s tone and whether it’s right for you. On top of this great feature, you also have Agony Aunt (top bloggers answering your blogging woes), and other editorial features to teach us a thing or two!

The quality of the magazine is stunning – the paper feels amazing, and the design is beautiful. Glossy magazines are totally overrated, so I’m glad Blogosphere hasn’t gone down that road!

Magazine for bloggers

I am really looking forward to reading each issue cover to cover – as I’ve only really had the chance to skim read some of the areas that stood out – and will certainly be looking to continue collecting! I also hope one day I might be lucky enough to be featured 🙂

I've got issues one and two in digital copy–I didn't fancy waiting for it to come in the post–and so far I've quite liked it. I did think that the first issue was the best so far, though.
